What we collect

Account identity (name, email) from your sign-in provider; your eToro portfolio holdings, trade history, and API keys; plus device and usage data. API keys are stored encrypted and used solely to deliver your AI coaching, briefings, and analysis.

Legal basis & use

We process your data under GDPR (EU) 2016/679 and Cyprus Data Protection Law — on the basis of contract performance, consent, and legitimate interest. It powers your personalized analytics, behavioural coaching, performance tracking, and adaptive learning. We do not sell your data.

Storage & security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest; eToro keys are held under managed key custody. Access is strictly limited to necessary systems, and any processors are bound by confidentiality with EU-transfer safeguards. We retain data only as long as needed for the service and our legal obligations.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Cyprus Data Protection Commissioner.
