Who provides this service

Bulls & Bears is operated by Agiliton Ltd. (Throumperon 29, Coral Bay Village, Peyia, 8575 Paphos, Cyprus). Company details are in the Imprint.

Educational and analytical — not investment advice

Bulls & Bears is an educational and analytical tool that reflects your own past trading back to you and coaches your trading discipline. It does not provide investment advice, personal recommendations, or portfolio management, and it does not tell you which instruments to buy, sell, hold, open, or close. Nothing in the app is a recommendation or a solicitation to enter into any transaction. Agiliton Ltd. is not a licensed investment firm and is not authorised or regulated to provide investment services. Any decision you make is your own.

Use of AI and algorithms

The app uses automated algorithms and AI models (including a conversational coach) to analyse your trading history and produce educational analytics and reflections. AI output can be incomplete or wrong; it is provided for information only and must not be relied on as advice.

Your data and your eToro account

You connect your own eToro account so the app can read your portfolio and trade history. Bulls & Bears does not place, modify, or close trades for you. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Notice. eToro is the data source and your execution venue; it is independent of Agiliton Ltd.

Risk

Trading carries a high risk of loss. Past performance and historical decision-quality metrics do not predict future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting gains or losses.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agiliton Ltd. is not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
